My Cakes

My floral cakes are available in many different designs and are perfect for any occasion, be it a small thank you gift, a birthday, or a wedding. Or simply to treat yourself! There are many lovely flavours to choose from and limitless combinations of beautiful colours. The vast majority of my cakes are covered with a chocolate ganache, which many people find less sweet than traditional buttercream. It also has the great advantage of being much more stable than buttercream, which is reassuring on those occasional hot days we get in the British summertime! My filling remains a delicious buttercream, plus fillings as desired - lemon curd or raspberry jam for example.
